Implantation bleeding or not??

Hi ladies!
I'm a 23-year-old woman and I stopped using contraception in March. Since then, I've had an irregular cycle, so I don't really know anything about my cycle. I'm now in cycle 6 (7th week). Since Monday, I've had dark brown vaginal discharge with occasional pink tinges. No bright red period like I usually have. It's been three days now and still brown discharge. Could this be implantation bleeding or a period?
I had a medical exam on Tuesday, and the urine sample showed a slight discoloration indicating blood was present.

Could be.
That's probably not the answer you were hoping for, but implantation bleeding is more often not the case than it is. It could also just be a sign of your period coming.
You could take a test. If it's still negative and you haven't gotten your "real" period yet, I'd repeat it after a week. You've been off contraception for a while now, so it doesn't seem like it's the "pill withdrawal," but your body sometimes plays tricks on you. Some bleeding can also occur after ovulation.
