Took another test today, and the line was much lighter. I don’t have any symptoms anywhere, and my period still hasn’t shown up. But I’m really worried

Oh girl, that's awful! I test lighter in the morning than in the afternoon. Very strange. This was actually for my period. Meanwhile, she's 3.
You now have a nice test in hand. Keep that for yourself. Unfortunately, you can only wait and see.
