Still no name for our second little one (twins!)

We got the surprise of our lives a while ago: we're having twins! A boy and a girl, mega fun! But... we just can't figure out the boy's name. The girl's name is already set. The due date is getting closer and closer, and I'm getting quite nervous.

Do you have any nice options for boys for the following name?
- LILA -
Lila's full name is going to be: Lilian Emilia. We want to structure our son's name in the same way. So a slightly more mature, longer first name, with a somewhat exotic nickname. The only other requirement is that the name is pronounceable in English, because of English family and plans to move abroad. Ideas are very welcome!!

    Seems really hard to come up with 2 names. My son is named Jax, originally from Jackson. Not sure if it's exotic enough, but I think it's definitely very cool!

    Lilian Emilia, nickname Lila
    Rafael Jonathan, nickname Ravi
