Who threw a welcome party after you were able to welcome your adopted child? And did you do this too when the child was no longer a baby?

A friend of mine also has an adopted child. She was one year old when she joined my friend and his partner's family. They threw a party for her, of course!!! Share your joy with the people you love, no matter how old the child is. She's your child now, so definitely celebrate with a party! -
