Pregnant or Pregnyl?

Hi!
On October 9th, I got a Pregnyl 5000 injection. Today, October 22nd, I tested with a Clearblue Digital and it showed a + along with 2-3.
Now I'm so unsure whether it's because of the Pregnyl. I called my gynecologist, and he said it definitely isn't due to the Pregnyl.
I told him that if that were the case, I'd already be 4-5 weeks pregnant, meaning my ovulation should have happened before the Pregnyl?
He said those weeks aren't always accurate (I also have irregular cycles). He said a big congratulations. But I still can't believe it.
Last month, I tested on days 11 and 12 (regular tests), and they stayed completely white.
Does anyone recognize themselves in this?

    I'd go to the GP for a blood test and wish you a cautious congratulations in advance????
    With me, the urine tests weren't always positive even though I was pregnant. With a blood test, you're really sure.

    Called the gynecologist and they said it definitely isn't due to Pregnyl (tested 13 days later).
    Did a regular test this afternoon and got a clear positive almost immediately.

    The Pregnyl should be gone by now, and those 4 weeks are counted from your last period, so that's about 2 weeks after the Pregnyl. Normally, you can test 14 days after the Pregnyl; it should be gone after 10 to 12 days.

    Had a check-up at 6 weeks and 1 day. Saw the little heart beating. Due date is June 28th.
