What's the process like getting pregnant after using Implanon?

Hi everyone!
My Implanon was removed a week ago (02/10/19'
and I'm reading so much on all the forums. Some got pregnant after 14 days, others after their period, and some even after a year. I was wondering if there are more stories from you all here. I'm so ready to become a mom & hopefully very soon??!
