My association with the name Chloé is neutral, a nice name. Hard to say if it fits with her brothers' names since you don't mention them. -

I do think Chloé is really French. Because of the "ee" sound (pronounced Kloo-ee). If it had been Chloë (pronounced Kloo-wee), I wouldn't have liked it as much. It's a nice name, not tacky at all. -
