Dry up? Dr. Original

Hi ladies, I need your help. Did a pregnancy test before heading to work this morning. Saw nothing within 5 minutes, so I put it away. Now I'm home in the afternoon and suddenly see the following. Is this an evaporation line, are they purple/pink? Never had an evaporation line before. But I always use the same tests. But now for the first time a different brand, Dr. Original. Will do another test tomorrow, or wait until 48 hours.?

    Think it's a drying glue, the line isn't straight either.
    Would test again.

    You can just test again tomorrow, okay? And sometimes you only see a line clearly once the test has dried. That’s my experience. But you don’t need to wait 48 hours. HCG levels rise gradually, not suddenly every other day.

    Thanks a lot for your help, girls. I did one this morning but saw nothing. So if I don't get my period, I'll try another one tomorrow.

    Took a new test this morning. Didn’t see anything within the reading time. But 4 hours later I do see a faint pink line. Not sure now. Evaporation line?

    Can't see anything on your last photo unfortunately.
    But if it takes longer than the indicated time, you definitely shouldn't look at it anymore. Try again tomorrow morning and otherwise buy a test that detects from 10 hCG.

    When is your due date?

    I don't believe in pink in dry lines. But I don't know this brand. I'd stick with the well-known brands. Action, Kruitvat

    @ Debbie, what tests are those from 10 hCG? I only know the early ones from 25 hCG.
    @ Anoniem, yeah, I didn't know it either, silly that I happen to have this one

    I bought them on bol.com!

    Hi Veer,
    Did you find out you're pregnant? I have exactly the same tests from Dr. Original.

    Greetings

    @Kim. No, unfortunately I wasn't pregnant.

    Well, I had exactly the same thing this afternoon! A thick pink line right after the reading time. I went crazy to Kruidvat for more tests. All of them were blank. So unfortunately, these tests are really junk for me.

    In my experience, these tests always have an evaporation line after a while, even if it's purple. It gives false hope, so I don't buy them anymore. Of course, this says nothing about their reliability, especially regarding the unreliability after the reading time (which is also pointed out in the instructions). I've never had this with tests from another brand.
