Another bladder infection

Hi there!
I've had two bladder infections since I got pregnant, and for the past two days I've just felt really awful. I've been nauseous, had really bad back pain, and sharp pain in my lower abdomen.
Yesterday, my boyfriend and I were doing the groceries when suddenly I couldn't walk straight anymore from the pain. Tears were streaming down my face, and since I lost my baby in my previous pregnancy, I was completely worried. My boyfriend called the doctor in a panic, and we quickly went home. Luckily, the doctor took us seriously and came to our house. Fortunately, everything was fine with the baby, and it turned out I just had a bladder infection for the third time.
Has any of you also had those weird symptoms with a bladder infection?

With my last UTI, I also got a lot of hard bellies that sometimes felt like contractions. The symptoms of a UTI during pregnancy are indeed very different from when you're not pregnant.
Taking cranberry tablets (a course, available at the drugstore) or drinking lots of cranberry juice can also help.

Unfortunately, it's all too familiar. Lots of hard contractions. They keep stabbing in my belly.
Sometimes the urine looked clean, but it wasn't really.
Also had a sick feeling sometimes. I had a bladder infection 5 times during one pregnancy and now I'm doubting again because of the belly pain and hard contractions.
