Pregnant after removing the Implanon

Hi,
I had my Implanon removed on Wednesday, September 11th because we're trying for a second baby and I was having a lot of side effects from it.
My question is: how quickly did you get pregnant? And how long did it take for your cycle to return to normal after removal? I haven't had my period yet since it was taken out.
I'd love to hear your experiences.
