I have a question.
I haven't had my period since Monday, and I just did an ovulation test just to check. It's positive.
Is it normal to ovulate this soon after my period? Last time, I ovulated 16 days after my period.

How dark is the line? And how long was your period? If it was very short, I’d take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. An ovulation test can also show positive due to hCG. But if you bleed for a relatively long time, you can ovulate quite soon after the bleeding stops. You need to count from the first day your period starts. -

The line was pretty dark, and I took a pregnancy test but it was negative.
I ovulated on cycle day 9 already.
I only stopped the pill 2 months ago, so I think my body is a bit confused
