Is this pregnancy or something else? Any experiences?

I think you know exactly how it all works in theory, so you'll just have to wait and see.
It does seem like old blood during your last 'period', and there is indeed a chance that you're pregnant, I think. I don't know enough about a cervix that's tilted, etc.

I'd suggest testing again in a week, and if not, drop by the GP just to be sure?

I completely agree with Lexie. It's totally possible that you're pregnant.
You just need to know that the pill doesn't offer 100% protection either. I don't want to worry you unnecessarily, girl, but I also got pregnant while taking the pill. I took it very strictly and had a completely normal cycle. I even got my period until the 3rd month, so I thought I wasn't pregnant. But in the 3rd month, my period suddenly stopped completely! Looking back now, I realize I actually overlooked a few things during the times I didn't know I was pregnant. My period also came a day later, and the second time even a bit earlier, and always just very light. This lasted 2 days, whereas normally my period lasts 3 days. But I didn't doubt it because I had no symptoms at all.
So I'd say, girl, test again within a week. It's possible that if you are pregnant, your pregnancy hormone levels aren't high enough yet for the test.
Otherwise, have your GP do a blood test so you'll know for sure and feel more certain, because a test can always give a false negative due to certain factors.

Good luck and keep us posted, girl!!

It could also be that you had a breakthrough bleed. If you keep taking the pill for a few months and don't get your period, you can get a breakthrough bleed, which can indeed be brown mucus and/or a little blood. It can also be that you have little to no bleeding due to the pill, which happens because the pill affects your hormones.

I recently had a breakthrough bleed myself and had to stop taking the pill for a while. Right after stopping, I got my period, and now I'm a 'week late'. This doesn't mean I'm pregnant, but rather that my body needs to adjust to being off the pill, so my cycle is taking its time. This can take up to half a year!

I've made an appointment with my doctor to do a pregnancy test in three weeks just in case I still haven't gotten my period (then I'd be a month late).

And yes, there is indeed a chance of getting pregnant while on the pill, but that rarely happens.

If you're in doubt, I'd suggest calling your doctor. The doctor or nurse can help you out.
