Implantation bleeding or period

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum. I've browsed around here before but unfortunately couldn't find my answer.

I had a positive test on July 29th and 30th, so my egg would have ovulated at the latest on August 1st. My cycles are irregular, around 60 days. My period usually comes on the day itself or 1-2 days later. This cycle, I suddenly got "period" symptoms at 11 dpo. It wasn't a normal bleed, I felt, because it only lasted 38 hours and had no clumps, etc., and was almost odorless. The color was bright red, with dark/brown in the last hours. I waited for my test, which was today... But unfortunately negative, and yet it won't leave me alone. Even now, almost 3 days after I stopped bleeding, I feel very light cramps. Has anyone here ever experienced this? I posted this under "wanting kids" but maybe it would have been better under "pregnancy".

I hope someone knows something from experience or has other tips. It's not that I don't want to accept it's a period, but it feels so strange and weird because it's different from normal.
