Vitamins and dietary supplements

Just a quick question. Do you use certain vitamins or dietary supplements to boost fertility?
I only take folic acid because that's what they recommend here in Belgium.

Hey Loeke, I'm also only taking folic acid. I'm wondering what else could be good to add... I've picked up wheat germ oil in the meantime. It's supposed to thicken the uterine lining so implantation goes better. But I've also read that it can sometimes get too thick, making implantation more difficult. So I haven't used it yet...

Thank you so much for the response, ladies. I might also stock up on wheat germ oil next round. (Unless it hits this round, of course.)

I used RIKA's (Supple) pregnancy supplements and Agnus Casus (monnikspeper) for a few months, but I find it way too expensive to keep taking them .. I'm going back to just taking Mama Complete by Davitamon (along with Agnus Casus from Supple).

I took folic acid until 3 months and then my gynecologist asked if he should give me something else, and I said for me it's not necessary because I eat lots of fruit and veggies, and then he said ah, you don't need it if you have a nice balanced diet. Now I only take Meta Relax for hard stomachs and Ustrogestan to prevent early labor.

I only took folic acid during my first pregnancy, no other vitamins, except iron in the second trimester. I might check out a general prenatal vitamin like Mama Complete, which I think I saw here. It definitely can't hurt. I'm also keeping wheat germ oil in mind for the next round if this one doesn't work out.

I only took folic acid from the moment I started trying to get pregnant.
It's recommended here in Belgium. Other than that, nothing.
