Hi everyone,

I'm 4 days overdue now. Since today I've had a little light bleeding, but not much. (I can put it like this: it's about 2 days' worth with a maxi pad). I'm extremely moody, have a headache, and could cry for no reason... My belly is also hugely swollen, you'd think I was a month further along or something...

What do you guys think I should do? Or what would you do?
Would appreciate your help

Babble, I say: test it out, girl! I really hope it's a good sign. Let me know, okay? Good luck!

With a test, you really have certainty, of course...

Oh yeah, and it really is this slimy white/red blood.

During my first pregnancy, I lost a lot of fluid at 6 weeks, with clots and all. I went to the gynecologist who told me I had a miscarriage... but then there was still a beating heart.
If you think you might be pregnant, take a test. It can go either way...

Well, we really can't say that from here, so I'd just test it...

    And?

    Hey Amélie,

Just did an ovulation test (yes, I know you normally should do a different test for those who would react immediately) but I usually use this one anyway.
My period was normal, 7 days ago... I was overdue, then I had light mucus-like bleeding and I still don't feel ok. See photo

Hey, try a pregnancy test and you'll definitely know. Because this ovulation test is positive, but it's better to do a pregnancy test to be sure. Greetings.

Babbles, for 7 days overdue I find the ovulation test quite light. I think if you were pregnant around your period, it should have gone positive by now. You can test again tomorrow or the day after to see if it goes up.

You can also just take the proper test
What exactly do you want from the readers here? If you want to know if you're pregnant, then you need to test. We're not fortune tellers here.

An ovulation test should light up now if you're really sure you're a week past your period. I used this one along with a pregnancy test, so I know it also reacts to pregnancy. However, the line around your period was really dark. I'd definitely take a pregnancy test.

Are you really going to ask this every month?

    Just take a pregnancy test.
