Choice stress!
We feel like the name doesn't necessarily have to match the half-brother and half-sister, because otherwise it gets too difficult (but not completely different), but it should fit well with the sister.
Half-brother is: Teun Lucas
Half-sister is: Bowie Zara Rose
Sister is: Olivia Sofie
The names we're debating are:
Emily - Belle - Isabel - Nadine - Maxime - Sam - Molly
The middle name will be a dedication to my grandma, but we're not sure exactly how yet.
What do you think? Other options are welcome too!

The two names that IMO fit best with her siblings are Sam and Molly; they keep the whole thing nicely balanced. Nice choice, by the way! Teun, Bowie, Olivia and Molly!!!

I've had the name Maxine in my head for a long time for a girl (with an N, so). Unfortunately, my husband doesn't find it pretty. But in your list, I'm going to go for Maxime ;-) I also think Emily is nice. -
