Braxton Hicks contractions?

Hey ladies, just the situation: the 18th is my due date. If I go by my app, I should be 10 dpo today and my ovulation was on June 3rd. I did an ovulation test that day and it was quite positive. For extra certainty, I did another one the next day and it really exploded.

So that means I'm not 10 dpo now but 8 or 9, right?

Anyway, I had lower back pain all day yesterday and a period-like feeling, a few sharp stabs on the left and cramps. This morning it was gone but now it's very lightly present again. Could this have been implantation? I never felt it during my previous pregnancies but yesterday it really stood out. Curious to hear your experiences!

Yes, absolutely normal. It could definitely be implantation, but that usually starts a few days after conception.

Still, nothing to worry about. You can experience round ligament pain as early as weeks 7, 8, 9, or 10.

Your baby isn't very big yet, but as crazy as it sounds, your uterus is making space and getting fully prepared!

This can cause a sharp, crampy menstrual-like feeling, as well as back pain.

The ligaments around your uterus are stretching, and these ligaments are attached to your muscles.

For some, the muscles aren't very flexible yet, so you feel it much more, which also explains your back pain, sweetheart. Everyone experiences it differently; some faster than others.

I feel this every day too, but it's absolutely normal. Look at it positively, girl. Your uterus is stretching and making space, and your intestines are shifting to allow that room.

Only if you get extreme pain WITH heavy bleeding, like a period, should you call the doctor just to be safe.

As long as you have this feeling but no bleeding, it's completely normal, sweetie.

    Try to enjoy your pregnancy!

Belle, are you pregnant then? I didn't really read that from your story.
