I took a test this afternoon and this is what came up, but I don’t know what it means. Does anyone know what it means and can help me out?Replies

Unfortunately, it's negative ;-) If it were positive, it should show a plus sign instead of just a few lines. -

Oh, that's really tough for you. This one is definitely negative
But...
You should definitely test again within a day or two. Sometimes you might have had a late ovulation. Did you use ovulation tests? Then you really know when your egg was released. I then add 14 days.
After our miscarriage, I also started using ovulation tests and pregnancy tests again, and I know how painful a negative result can be. Keep good hope!! That little dream will come true xx
