Do you see anything in this ultrasound? And have you ever heard of the term "self-resolving" (if it hasn't implanted yet)?

That's really tough. The term "self-resolving" is sometimes used for a small bladder cyst, but I can't really interpret the ultrasound myself. Your midwife has the proper imaging, of course. It's good that she was involved. I wish you lots of strength during this difficult time.
