Overdue.. Pregnant?

Hi ladies,
I have a copper IUD. I normally have a regular cycle. Now I'm suddenly 2 days late..
It didn't even occur to me until now. A colleague at work made the remark if I might be pregnant? Because according to her I've had "symptoms" for about 2 weeks. I laughed her off quickly but afterwards I realize that I'm indeed late

I don't keep track of my cycle anymore because I was convinced I was well protected with my IUD.. hence
Any other ladies who got pregnant with an IUD? Or is that chance really very small?

Greetings

Do you really have a cycle with your IUD?
I don't, actually. And I thought you can't get pregnant with a hormonal IUD, right?

With a copper IUD, you still have a natural cycle with ovulation every month The copper IUD is supposed to prevent pregnancy by "paralyzing" the sperm so they can't reach the egg. If something does go wrong, it also creates an hostile environment in the uterus where the egg normally wouldn't be able to implant. That's what my gynecologist told me With a hormonal IUD, you indeed no longer have a cycle.
