Today, one week overdue, test negative.

Hi!
I'm a week overdue by now. This morning I took a test and it was negative, I also thought I had a bladder infection but went to the GP to get tested, but everything was clear and then the assistant hung up on me.
My symptoms
Kind of like period cramps, sometimes sharp pains, sensitive breasts which I normally never have.
Frequent urination, really often.
Stronger smell, sometimes food cravings, sometimes nausea.
And warm feet, normally I have ice-cold feet.
I already have a little girl who's almost 3, we had to wait more than 3 years to get pregnant with her, hence the uncertainty.
With her, I only found out I was pregnant after 6 weeks.
Lately I wasn't thinking about it at all.
So yeah, what do you guys think?
