I'd like a name that sounds cheerful, or a bit more cool, or to name someone after.

    I don’t think Lizanne is beautiful, I’d rather just go with Sanne. Lotte is nice, but it’s so common. Same goes for Sam. Joke is fine, but it’s quite old-fashioned and in English it means joke. Marthe and Lieke are both beautiful, with a slight preference for Lieke.

    Sam for a girl is still pretty cool, but otherwise I agree with Roos.

    I think Joke is boring. Sam for a girl is tough, but when you see that name on paper (say, at school) people always think it's a boy first. I'm not wowed by Lieke and Lizanne. I think Lotte is a beautiful name, but maybe Lotta is tougher. I also think Marthe is super!
