Hi ladies. I’d like to introduce myself, I’m Robin, 22 years old, and I want to start trying for a baby with my 26-year-old boyfriend. Last Friday I had my IUD removed. From Monday until yesterday I had a little bit of light bleeding, not at all much, and since today nothing more… Now I don’t know if this was my period or bleeding from the IUD removal… My question is actually how quickly did you get pregnant after having your IUD removed? I often think about whether it will never work out and that makes me sooo anxious, pff…

Greetings, Robin

You just had your IUD removed. Give it some time, you're just starting to try to get pregnant. Take folic acid, have sex when you want, and let nature take its course. If you're not pregnant within a year, I'd contact your GP. Until then, let it go! You're still young and have all the time in the world, right? ;-)

I got pregnant 2 months after having my IUD removed! Everything will be fine, just give it some time and don't focus too much on it
Have intercourse every other day. Too much isn't good for sperm quality either.
I just turned 23 myself, so I totally understand you and really want to become a young mom too. My boyfriend is 25.

    Good luck!
