    I don't think Tatum is such a beautiful name. But August and Tatum go well together.
    And the most important thing is that you both think it's a beautiful name.

    But it's your choice and it does fit August well indeed.

    Tatum isn't really "my name" either, but I think it fits well with August. Ultimately, it's your baby and your choice. Just do what feels right for you!

    I know a girl named Tatum. Honestly, at first I thought it was kind of a "weird" name. But now I'm so used to it with her, and it's no longer an unfamiliar name to me. I actually find it quite nice now. I think people who don't know this name will probably think it's a special/weird name at first, and then later grow to like it more. Good luck with your choice!

    It's probably just the age that makes me automatically think of Jennifer. But I think August works really well, actually. And there are so many names that are weirder than Tatum.

    I'm thinking of Tatum Channing. (Obviously a guy's name, but a handsome guy, right ).

    Honestly, I think it's a prettier name for a girl than for a boy. It's not a very common name here (I think), so people might pronounce it in different ways.
    Everything gets used to, so family and friends will quickly get used to it, even if they don't like the name as much. The most important thing is indeed that you both find it beautiful.
