Could I be pregnant?

We've been trying to conceive our second baby since November 2018. With the first one, it happened within 3 months, so this is a bit of a letdown, but we're staying positive.
Since giving birth to our daughter, my cycle has been very irregular. She's now 15 months old.
I haven't been able to pinpoint my ovulation well in the last cycle, but it was probably about 2 weeks ago. The first day of my last period was March 30th.
For the past few days, I've been feeling sharp pains in my breasts and my nipples are very sensitive. I agreed with my husband to wait until the coming weekend to take a test. But I had these symptoms during my first pregnancy too.
So it's going to be really suspenseful. What do you all think?

The symptoms seem favorable at least. By chance, do you also have a sensitive stomach or need to pee often?

Unfortunately, no other symptoms. I'm really curious... but I'm still not daring to cheer because I'm afraid of another disappointment. -
