I'm Pattiey and I'm 29.
Last year we tried to get pregnant,
but because we had a major renovation planned for our house, I started using contraception again.

I used to always take the pill, but this time I preferred the patch.
These patches need to be stuck to the skin for 7 days. However, the patch often came off after just 4 days.
Now, two days ago, bleeding started. Not at the time I was actually supposed to get my period!

That evening, there was also something very unusual mixed in with the blood. I've added a photo.
Could this have been a miscarriage?
