Could it work, or is it actually not possible?

Hi lovely people,

I'm a bit unsure and hope there are people here with this experience.

On April 13th I got my period, well... I lost some blood. Normally my period is really heavy for 7 days, meaning I have to change pads every 2 hours. This time it was so light, actually only brownish, not bright red, and lasted 2.5 days. Now it's just a little bit when I wipe.. (sorry for the description)

After my ovulation I already had cramps and gurgling bowels quite quickly. 2 days before my "period" I was quite nauseous and still have it in waves. I also have lower back pain now and a weird feeling in my lower abdomen.

The thing is.. 3 years ago my ex and I spent 2 years trying to get pregnant, which didn't work, and we were going to go for insemination, but that never happened unfortunately. Now I had sex with him around my ovulation, I think.

I always get my period around the 12th to 14th, and that's always correct. In March it was the 12th, this month the 13th, in Feb the 14th.. but if I calculate it, I would have had a fertile period last month from March 25th to 31st, with ovulation on March 30th.. we had sex on March 23rd, so it shouldn't really be possible if ovulation was on the 30th? Or can it also happen before the 30th? Sorry, maybe a bit dumb to ask haha..

But we aren't really trying to get pregnant, and since we assume it's almost impossible for me to get pregnant, we had unprotected sex anyway.. I did a test on the 12th but it was negative, and then the bleeding started a bit and I left it at that, but now it's only been 2.5 days of bleeding, which makes me doubt again..

Could someone tell me if it's even possible given that ovulation date?
