I’d already heard from my HA that getting your body familiar with the man’s sperm can be positive for accepting a pregnancy. She meant that (sorry) oral sex is good for preventing miscarriages.

You don't have to swallow just to adopt your husband's 'culture'. But for me, it's actually simple: if you don't like it... don't do it, period. The potential 'benefit' it might bring doesn't outweigh doing something against your will. If you do like it, great, then you can only benefit from it
