Girl's name!

Meyli
Oh, choosing a name is so hard..

So far, we have the following names on our list: Mia, Novée, Yuna, Yaia, Louèn & Yenna. We're currently leaning towards Yaia.

Anyone have any nice suggestions?

Hi Meyli, I know exactly what you mean, I find it so difficult too. Do you pronounce Yaia as Djaia? From your list, I like Yenna, Novée and Yuna the most.
What do you think of Milou (Mia and Louèn)? Or Lowee?

I think Mia is the most beautiful! Yaia isn't as pretty, Gaia/Chaja are more beautiful! Novee is also great. Yuna too, but nowadays so common.

Out of your list, I find Mia very beautiful. Yaia, I've never heard of that one.

    Yauna
    Maya
    Naya
    Nisa
    Nova
    Liva

Of your list, I like Novée, Yuna, and Yenna the most!
I find Mia so old-fashioned and really, sorry.
Yaia and Louèn, I’ve never heard of either. I think they’re a bit unclear in terms of pronunciation.
    Other suggestions:
Romée, Nova, Lyna, Jana, Jula, Jara, Jade

Yaia I'd read as Yaya and so never give.
Only Mia I really like. 2nd choice Yuna (preferably Juna)

Yaya is pronounced like "djaia" indeed! I'm also a bit unsure about the pronunciation... as Anouk already said, I'm afraid people might read it as "yaya"????????
It's indeed so tricky, you can see that from the reactions—everyone has a different preference! I also think Liva and Lowee are really nice!

I think Mia is a beautiful name.
Yaija sounds like "yay" to me.

I also immediately think of 'yes yes' for Yaia, it does sound like that, doesn't it?
I like Mia, and Yuna too. Or maybe like the daughter of my friends: Yuno?
    Good luck!

At Yaia, I immediately pronounce it as Jaja. Also because I know someone named Yahya or Yahia (Jachia) who is often just called Jaja since it's not a well-known name in the Netherlands.
