A girl's name with a V

Hi! I’d love a nice girl’s name with a V but I can’t decide. The name shouldn’t be too long. I can’t think of anything beyond Vilou, which is a nice name but I’m still unsure. Vera isn’t really my taste, and I don’t want a name ending in A. Thanks in advance!

Haha, sounds exactly like my consideration. Our daughter is named Viènn.

The first one that comes to mind is Vieve, such a lovely name!

    And then:
Valor, Vea, Veda, Vesper, Vian, Vianne, Vida, Vosse

    Vita?

Funny Floidi, we came up with Viyen, sounds about the same. Maybe Vienn, without the hyphen, is still an option. Although people might read it as Fien..
We liked Vayen but it's so popular now and I read somewhere that it means genital in a certain language.
We're not into hyphens and dots on letters.
Venne is nice, Venna was second on my list for my daughter, but now I don't want an A at the end and I'm all about shortening names, and then Ven isn't so nice.
What else has been mentioned isn't really my taste, but thanks a lot for thinking along. Maybe I should give a nice second name or something.
What do you think of the names Vilou and Viyen? Not whether it's your taste but how does it come across to you (tough, sweet, crap...)

    I prefer simpler names.
I find Vilou and Viyen a bit meh...interesting gimmickry.
Well...I'm named Vera myself but that was already out.
Good luck with the search, and maybe not a V as the first letter but a V in the name?

I already had something with the V for my daughter, so I definitely want to check out all the options.

Thanks, Syll, for your long list! Viyan is also nice, and Vicky.
I came up with Vy too, and it sounds nice but doesn't seem to fit... or does it?

I think Viènn or Viyen are super beautiful, Maarja haha, biased much. I wanted a strong feminine name and that's what I still associate it with. By the way, can you tell me that even with a hyphen, there were a few dorks who said Fien hahaha how do you come up with that, well it'll always be like that. Good luck with the search, I obviously vote for Viyen haha.

    Varuna, Vivienne, Vivianne, Viola, Violet,

I like Viènn. The rest feels a bit too pretentious to me. Viyen, for example, reminds me of vixen.
If it doesn't have to end in -a, I still like these: Viv, Vivienne.
Or, here in Belgium there's a name that's mostly found among people over 60 but still not bad, I think: Vivian(n)e.
    Good luck!
