Hi! I'm on the pill. I had my period—it wasn't much, but there was some bleeding. Then, starting the pill, I had bleeding from March 14th to March 17th. Now, on March 26th, I've got some brown spotting and a little bit of red blood, plus pretty bad period cramps. As of March 28th, there's nothing much, just some rumbling in my stomach. What could this be?

My doctor told me to keep taking the pill.
