3 days overdue, negative test, and already over a week of pain on the right side

We're trying to conceive our second little miracle and are currently in cycle 8. We've been testing with ovulation predictor kits and trying hard. I've always had an irregular cycle, and now I've had stabbing and dull pain in my right side for a week. My breasts were very sore for a few days but aren't anymore; that's always how I feel before my period. It was supposed to come on Monday and still hasn't. I've done 3 different tests and they're as negative as can be. Yesterday I lost a tiny bit of pink mucus when wiping, but it was barely visible. Now I'm still having pain in my side, I feel off in my stomach, tired, sometimes dizzy and nauseous. This is making me a bit anxious—what's going on? Do you know the symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy? What should I do? Wait and see or go to the GP?
