Emil or Miel

We're still torn between two boy names. They're actually quite similar, but we just can't decide..

Which one do you like better? Miel or Emil?
We think Emil sounds a bit more international, which is important for my husband since he travels abroad a lot. Miel feels a bit more original to us, but it's not international and means 'honey' in French...

What's your preference between the two?

Thanks and warm regards!

I like Miel! And the meaning honey is quite sweet, isn't it?

I'd go for Emiel; Miel doesn't sound like a name to me.

Emil: not really my thing, I'd go for Miel instead.
Milo, Mylo, and Miles are more international.

    I like Emil better...

I'm a fan of Mil. Emiel is also nice, but more old-fashioned style. Miel, honey... come on, that's sad.
