I just had the same thing! I took a test a few days ago and it was positive. Then yesterday I went to the doctor, had blood drawn, and they said I'm not pregnant, but I do have the symptoms (sore nipples, also painful, nausea, very tired, and frequent urination).

Daria, if you're unsure, a follow-up test or a chat with your GP is really nice. Pregnancy symptoms often feel like the ones from your cycle. For the younger ones here: a test gives results after about two weeks of being late. That's safer than guessing.
