Hi everyone,

I’ve got a question and hope I’m in the right place since this is my first time on this forum.

I’m 27 and we’re trying for our first baby, and we’re now in week 7.
My cycles are usually between 28 and 30 days. Last month, from January to February, I had a 28-day cycle.
On 2/2/2019, I got my period. Using ovulation tests, I found out that my ovulation was on 17/2/2019.
On 22/2/2019, I woke up at 5 am because I suddenly felt very nauseous. From that day until 25/2/2019, I experienced bouts of mild nausea. But mainly, I had sharp pains on the lower right side of my belly and a feeling of mild menstrual cramps.
When my period comes, I usually have severe menstrual pain starting one day before, which continues into the second day of my period. My breasts are also very tender when my period is about to start. But usually, by then, they’re no longer swollen.
These have been swollen for almost a week now but don’t hurt.
Now, I don’t feel any other symptoms except that I’m tired. But that’s probably just me.
I guess this topic will come up a lot here, whether I’m pregnant or not.
But it’s always disappointing if you test too early and it’s negative. Because you tested too early or you’re just not pregnant. So I don’t do that anymore.
What are your experiences with this? Do you also have these symptoms for a certain amount of time? Like 4 days or not?
Now I’m wondering if this could be implantation or not?

Greetings,
Happines

You don't want to test too early, but you do want to know here if you could be pregnant.

It can go either way. Distract yourself!!!

I have a lot of the same symptoms as you. And I really can't be pregnant. My man got a vasectomy and I'm on the pill.

If your man is getting help and you're on the pill, what the hell are you doing here on this site.....

Uhm, there's more to it than just getting pregnant and being pregnant!?!?!?

That's true, but this forum is really for people who are actively trying to conceive, I think. And your responses don't always come across as very friendly to me. So if your husband is all set and you're on the pill (which I don't think is necessary if your husband is already treated, but whatever)... what are you doing here then? You kind of come across as jealous.

That's absolutely not me. I wish everyone the happiness of having kids.

I admit I don't always express myself in the most sympathetic way.

I take the pill to deal with extremely heavy bleeding since my youngest and terrible PMS symptoms.

    Hey happiness,
I'd say wait a little bit more, but I know that's hard because we're trying to get pregnant here too and I had a lot of symptoms last month too, like nausea, pain on the sides of my breasts, menstrual pain, etc... but unfortunately, the test and blood test were negative. I'm now 7 days past ovulation and I have pain in my groin, once on the right, once on the left, but if I count, my ovulation shouldn't have happened yet and I usually have other discharge. This month I'm really lost because my period came 5 days late and I think it's because I'm thinking about it too much. So relax and wait a bit more, I've definitely done 5 tests for nothing and it all costs now. I'm trying to say, I'm trying to wait until my period. Good luck, girl.
