How do we find a surrogate?

We are Joey and Frits.
We are both 27 years old, and have been together since January 4, 2016. We also live together in Nieuwegein, where we have a cozy place to come home to.
Two completely different people with totally different experiences. Yet we also have some really nice shared interests, like visiting the theater, the cinema, dancing, and playing board games with family or friends makes us happy! We also have a shared wish, where we both thought we would never meet anyone who thought the same. Becoming fathers too.
Now that we have been orienting ourselves for a few years on adoption, foster care, and co-parenting. After all the considerations, we secretly really want to recognize something of our own and therefore go for a surrogacy arrangement. High-tech, of course. whereby we take an egg from an egg bank in the Netherlands/abroad and together look for a woman who dares to embark on this exciting adventure with us and wants to carry a baby for us. The preference for high-tech is because the carried child will not be genetically related to the surrogate mother. We want to use our own sperm and then an egg from the egg donor bank. Given the amount of information we have already collected, we know what we want. But we are missing something crucial: A miracle woman who wants and can help us fulfill this deep wish and dream.
It feels so blunt to ask, but... Maybe, who knows, someday. Unfortunately, we couldn't find it in our surroundings. So how and where do you find a surrogate mother?
