Hi everyone,
This is my first post here.
We've been trying for a baby since late April 2018. So far, no result.
Because I have an irregular and sometimes (too?) long cycle (shortest: 32 days, longest: 44 days), we went to the gynecologist in early February. She told us not to worry, but that's easy to say, of course

She also did a vaginal ultrasound and saw that there was a nice follicle ready, and that I would likely ovulate 4 days later. My cycle would be 33 days this time. I did ovulation tests for 3 days in a row and yes: the gynecologist was right: that Monday I had a peak. We were already trying every other day anyway, but now also - with extra lots of good luck.
Meanwhile, I'm at 9 dpo. If I do get my period, I need to have blood drawn and my husband to provide a sperm sample. Then the investigations begin. Also because I started taking the pill (at age 24) but only had my period 2 or 3 times a year. (I'm now 32 and have been off the pill for 3 years)

I actually had good hope and was encouraging my inner follicle well ;-)

I got tender breasts a few days after ovulation. And noticeably: blue veins that were really visible. I just don't know well if I always have that. Now it caught my attention (but maybe I'm too focused).

On 6 and 7 dpo, every time I went to the toilet in the whole morning, I had a mucus blob (not stringy, no blood) on my toilet paper. In the afternoon it was much less (no idea why) and meanwhile that's completely not the case anymore. Could this have been implantation? Or should it remain "mucousy" after that too?

I promise myself every month not to get too involved with it, but after that ovulation it always starts bubbling up again. Every time I go to the toilet... I go investigating, so to speak
Oh well, I know. Just wait and see. Besides the tender (and blue-veined) breasts and those 2 days with mucus blobs, I don't have any "issues" anywhere else. So yeah... I don't know for sure.

    * Until I was 24, I only had my period 2 or 3 times a year (so before I was on the pill).
