Gluten, lactose allergy, IBS and pregnant?

patricia18!
Hi ladies!
My husband and I are trying to conceive, and naturally, lots of questions are running through my head.
I myself have IBS and always suffer from stomach pain. I'm also one of the lucky ones who is intolerant to gluten and lactose.
I'm wondering how this would work out when I'm pregnant? And if anyone has experience with whether symptoms get better or worse during pregnancy.
And if I do manage to get pregnant, will my baby inherit these allergies too?
Thanks!

I have IBS and had very little trouble with it recently. Just a tip if you're expecting a beautiful baby: wait until 6 months to introduce solid foods. And breastfeeding is best. If there's a history of digestive issues in the family, that's especially recommended. Our guts continue to mature after birth and are ready for solid food around 6 months. Starting solids too early can cause digestive problems later in life. But I've actually had less trouble since my pregnancy. She's now 5 months old.
