Hi ladies
I've been sitting here for 2 days waiting for my period. Yesterday I did an early action test and a faint line appeared within the time frame, and this morning I did a clearblue test which also showed a faint line. Can you see it too? Shouldn't it be clearer by now? I think it's a bad sign, or is it not that he's so light

Yes, I see it! Maybe stick to just one type of test for now. Testing every other day can help you see the progression better. Hopefully, it takes hold!

    Congratulations!!!

the test is almost dry now, I was thinking of doing a digital CB test tomorrow instead, or is that a waste of my money lol

I see what you mean. I wouldn't do a digital test either. You're either pregnant or you're not. And if you see a line, you're pregnant. Just test again tomorrow or the day after with first morning urine.

Roos would definitely keep taking the Kruidvat test for a while. The CB needs more hCG, so you might get a false negative.

    book the digital?

Roos yes, that one is definitely not as sensitive as the Kruidvat test. I'll test again in 2 days and if the line is clearer than it is now, I'll do the CB

First, do more testing. With these tests, you can see if the line gets darker. A digital test only shows whether you're pregnant or not, nothing more. This is such a faint line; I'd personally want to see it get darker first.

Your hCG is still too low for the digital tests. They'll show not pregnant, which is a waste of money.

Keep testing with either the Action test or the 2v5 from Kruitvat. The digital ones cost ridiculously much money and after a while the result disappears.

but the one with the week indicator can even detect it 5 days before your missed period, right? Well, I listened to you guys and just picked up another box of KV tests

I have no experience with the digital version. I find it ridiculously expensive. And if you test on your Nod, you also know how many weeks pregnant you are. You can calculate that yourself, after all.
But well, maybe I'm just too down-to-earth for that :-)

you're right, Willie Wonka, patience is a good thing haha but I don't really have that
  13. Willie Wonka Guest #14

Haha well, I'm anything but patient. I also test too early quite often.

Roos many tests say 5 days before your period or even 6. While implantation often happens between 8 and 10 dpo (average cycle length 14 - so that would be 6 days, hence dpo 8). So you could test on the day of implantation. Very weird haha. Kruidvat is cheap but also very sensitive. So as others have already pointed out, use these tests first before going for a digital one I'm rooting for you

It looks hopeful anyway! Congratulations, take it easy.

couldn't resist, tested again this morning and it stays so light

I think there's a good chance that implantation didn't go well, which is why the lines stay so faint

Roos when is your NOD? Hcg doubled every 2 days, so maybe just take a test tomorrow????
