Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests
Usually my breasts are sore after ovulation, but not now...

Dear people,
I have a question. We're now on our 5th round of ovulation induction using Letrozole.
Normally, after ovulation, I always get tender breasts and sometimes sore nipples; my breasts feel larger and firmer. This month, I haven't had any breast discomfort at all—they feel completely normal. I'm worried that my progesterone might be too low and that I didn't ovulate at all.
Has anyone else experienced this? No symptoms whatsoever, yet turned out to be pregnant?
