sensitive nipples

Hi everyone! I have a question.

In about a week I can finally take a test! I haven't noticed any pregnancy symptoms until yesterday,.

I've noticed that my nipples are quite sensitive, and according to my boyfriend, they also look redder and have more bumps.

Is this a sign of pregnancy?

I've read that some people experience this when their period is about to start, but I've never had this before.
