Which one should I buy?

Hi everyone,
Just a practical question, I'm pregnant for the 5th time. My first was born a bit after the due date and weighed almost 5 kilos. My second was induced at 38 weeks because they were afraid she'd also be huge, and she was over 4 kilos at 38 weeks. With both these pregnancies, they said at the growth scans that it wasn't such a big baby, just average. I put them straight into size 62 after birth. My third was tiny (almost 3 kilos), she was born with a serious heart defect, and was therefore small according to the doctors. My fourth unfortunately died in my womb. Now I'm pregnant with the fifth, so far everything's going well, baby seems healthy, and the last 10 weeks have passed. They're saying about this baby too that it's not a big one, only that it has a big head (my first two had that too). I'm not sure which size clothes to buy. The first two never wore size 50/56. What would you do? Xx

Hmm, good idea.. I'd definitely put size 62 in your hospital bag and make sure you have enough of it on hand, in case your baby turns out to be smaller than expected.
Do you have any smaller sizes at home from your other kids? Otherwise, you can stick with those first, and if the baby really fits in 50/56 and you'd like something new, you can order online quickly or send your husband out to get it. -

Thanks for your reply. A bit silly, I lost my son's clothes, they were stored somewhere and now they're nowhere to be found. We don't know what this baby will be, and the girls' clothes are now pretty neutral in color. So I thought I'd go shopping a bit. I already find it difficult with the weather at the end of March/beginning of April, and as for size, I'm not sure either haha. I think I'll buy 4 sets of size 56, and if the baby turns out to be really small, I can always fold the sleeves and such. And the rest size 62, I don't really get the feeling it's a small baby, 10 weeks left, I'm curious! :-p -

Mega babies are sometimes just born big without it showing on the scans. I know that too. I'd definitely go for sizes 62 and 68. We always need those because they grow so fast. Do the girls' clothes look really neutral? Then you can shop for those in advance and buy the rest later. You can still order quickly anyway.
