Are there any women who experienced poor sleep, nightmares, and trouble falling asleep in the first weeks of pregnancy? Even before you knew you were pregnant? It seems this can be due to hormones.

Yeah, and then you're just incredibly tired all day long...

Yeah, lots of nightmares. They came back later in the pregnancy too.

Wow, lucky I'm not the only one haha! And bizarre that you can still remember all the nightmares.

I also had tons of nightmares during pregnancy. What was so weird is that when I thought about them later, they weren't actually that scary at all. But they felt that way at the time. I also couldn't stop thinking about those bad dreams all day long.
Our little girl is almost 4 months old now, and I'm still dealing with it.

Ah, that's crazy, right! I still have to wait 3 days before I can test! I'm still having weird dreams, and since today I've been feeling a bit of discomfort in my breasts. I'm really curious!

See, those waiting days are always the hardest. The breast pain and little dream games really drive you crazy. I once even dreamed I was eating a piece of cheese and thought I was pregnant. In the end, it turned out to be nothing, but the tension was all in your own body. How are you doing now?
