Ovulation?! And now?!

Hi ladies.
According to me, I ovulated yesterday, 22/1 (according to me..) What are the next steps now.
I did the test yesterday at 12:30.
My husband and I had sex last night.

Is it worth having sex again tonight?

Also, I have a lot of lower abdominal pain and cramps today. Could this be related?

    Your ovulation happens 24 to 36 hours after a positive test. So that means your ovulation is today! That also explains the cramps..

    I’d have ‘it’ one more time tonight, that’s not a problem even if fertilization has already occurred, and extra sperm can’t hurt
    We always did it for 3 days in a row during ovulation.
