Jildou/Jildau, nice?

Just a last-minute check to be sure, what do you think of the name Jildau/Jildou? We can't agree on the spelling, haha, but we both think it's a cool name. What's your opinion?

    I think Jildau/Jildou is a nice name.
    Slight preference for Jildau.

    Nice name. But it's Jildau, not with "ou".

    The pronunciation we have in mind is literally Jildau. So not Jildoe or Djildou/Djildoe. It's a Frisian name by origin, but neither of us is Frisian. My partner finds Jildou the most beautiful spelling, but I think it might cause confusion about the pronunciation (Jildoe?), so I'm advocating for Jildau. Thank you for your responses so far. We really got something out of it. By the way, Jildau/Jildou will be our daughter Feike's little sister.
