Hooray! Our sweet, smart, little girl has been born! We ended up choosing a different name than expected:
RUNA
full name, Runa Celia Marie
Born on January 7, 2019

    Thank you! Everything is going well with us. I should say that I found the birth quite intense, but it was totally worth it. I can't stop buzzing with excitement. Runa is calm, sleeps well, and feeds well. She’s also got her vocal cords pretty much under control haha!
    I initially made a poll with girl names (Niene, Malin, Riva, and Nele), but they all got ruled out. Malin’s French meaning was nice, but my partner suddenly thought Riva sounded like Ariva. A friend of mine had just given birth to a Nienke, and we didn’t feel as strongly about Nele anymore. And then we came across Runa!
