Feeding

Hi ladies,

I was wondering what your 7-week-old babies are drinking. My little boy drinks a bottle 7 or 8 times a day because he wakes up every 3 hours, even during the night. He gets 150ml with 5 scoops. I think it's a lot, but he always finishes it. He won't take less. Sometimes he sleeps a bit longer, so there are 3.5 or 4 hours between feeds, which means I can go from 8 to 7 bottles per 24 hours. But I still think it's a lot. What do your babies drink?

Around 2 months, you can roughly calculate: (140 ml × body weight in kg) ÷ number of feeds = ml per bottle (ml = cc).

I'm so happy your baby is drinking so easily! Here it's a bit different! But my son drank it too, but with a lot of effort and distractions and stuff! How much does your baby weigh?

    I think he’s around 5 kilos.
