Doris or Cleo? We just can't decide, and at 35 weeks, the clock is ticking..
Still hesitating.. Do you guys feel that too?

Congratulations! And absolutely Doris (as long as it's pronounced in a Dutch way). Lovely name. Tough, yet feminine.

Cleo is lovely!!! I personally think Doris sounds more like an old lady's name.

    Cleo!!

    Cleo is so lovely!

    Mhm both nice!
I think Cleo feels a bit fresher.

Not a fan of Doris, I think it's more of a boy's name (Dorus) and it always reminds me of that song. Of those two moths, I'll call one Doris and the other Bas.. it's an old song I do like Cleo, but just follow your gut feeling.

    Why not choose at birth?

We also had two names, couldn't decide. Well, I wanted one name, my husband the other. The baby was born and it was clear right away!

Funny, my name is Doris too. Maybe you'll find this useful. It's often shortened to Doortje, Door, or Do. I usually go with the last one because I don't really like Doortje.
I've also seen Dorus used before; people usually understand it, especially over the phone or something.
I'm not unhappy with my name, but these are things that will probably happen.
    Definitely follow your gut feeling!

I think both are lovely names, but I find Doris the cutest! Really a beautiful name. Good luck with your choice!

With Doris, I actually think more of a boy. But I do hear it often as a pet name..
By the way, I know a girl named Noris. What do you think of that?
Cleo feels a bit more feminine to me.
    But follow your gut feeling!

Hi Doris, it's so nice to hear from someone who actually has that name. A bit of a quirky question, but have you ever been teased about your name? Like "Doris Clitoris" or that it's an old lady name? That was mostly the reaction in another forum... Now I'm having doubts..

    Hi Famke,
I was never teased about my name.
I think you can come up with something for every name... but I've never heard of Doris Clitoris haha.

The name you like the most.
