    How long after testing did you read the result? It looks a bit like an evaporation line... Are you still early in your pregnancy? I'd test again tomorrow. I find it hard to say anything definite about this test. Fingers crossed for a clear positive test!!

    Seems like a drying line to me too. Did you take the photo within the readout time?

    These tests don't show an evaporation line. There's very little hCG present. When is your due date?

    These tests can definitely have evaporation lines, Anonymous..

    I think it's a borderline case! Test again quickly and hopefully it'll be clearly(er) positive!

    With a lot of imagination, I see a little line, but nothing more than that.

    I’ve done more than 100 of these tests in all the years we’ve been trying. Never had a fade-off line. If it was that light, I was definitely pregnant. It’s still so early, and the question of whether everything is okay and whether you’re not going to get your period remains.

    I once read that if there’s a fade-off line, it’s grey. On my phone, this line looks pink and is just as wide as the test line.

    I also see a faint line. I've done a lot of these tests and never had an evaporation line before.

    I see a faint line too. I’d recommend testing again with first morning urine.

    I’ve had 2x an evaporation line on these tests and was then 100% sure I wasn’t pregnant, so it can definitely happen.. and I think I’ll also hit 100 on the pregnancy tests

    Doesn’t matter though, if a test is that faint I’d personally hold back and wait for a clearer line before considering myself ‘pregnant’.

    Hi ladies,

    Thanks for the replies. I'll definitely keep my feet on the ground until I have a winner in hand. I'm still in my window anyway, so let's wait and see. I'll test again tomorrow anyway. @loeske good luck tomorrow!

    Definitely, you should take it easy with such a light line.

    (Morning urine doesn't always have the highest hcg levels. I get clearer results testing late in the afternoon than in the morning. How weird.)

    Oh, that's so sad! Especially after a test that gave you hope... I hope you get a positive test soon!
