Hi,
Does anyone understand my temperature chart? I work irregular hours, hence the different times.
This is now round 8 after my miscarriage in April. I had a positive ovulation test on day 33. From day 38 to 40 I had a lot of period-like cramps. I also have a lot of white watery discharge and a moist vagina. I also have occasional nausea/heartburn or frequent burping.
Can someone help me!!?

Here's a similar chart, also so varied that you can't really tie any string to it. Wouldn't it be visible to everyone that the temperature is higher?

Do you mean that my temperature is higher?
Every time I wake up early, it's lower anyway. Could that also be the reason, right?

I always understood that you really need to measure at fixed times and follow a rhythm. Otherwise, you can't do anything with it.

You also need to do it for at least 3 months and compare the results; then you should start seeing a pattern. I have no idea if that works if you're irregular.

Your cycle is quite long. Have you already gone to see a doctor about that?

Oh yeah, indeed! Now I haven't even looked at the times yet. So yeah, you can't really do anything about it then.

My OB-GYN recommended I do this even though I have irregular work hours. The OB said that this cycle length isn't a big deal and can happen more often. I just need to keep an eye on it if it happens more frequently.

This is the first time my cycle has been this long. It's been building up more and more... I don't really understand why it's happening. Unfortunately, it only got longer after June.

    28 days April/May
    25 days May/June
    28 days June/July
In June, I still had some after-effects from my miscarriage
    33 days July/August
    35 days August/September
    36 days September/October
    38 days October/November

I get your frustration, Nibra. A cycle that suddenly shoots up to 70 days is indeed confusing. The gynecologist said it happens more often, but that doesn't take away the uncertainty. If you're wondering if this is normal, just give the consultation bureau a call. They can reassure you and check if any action is really needed.
